A therapeutic space offering counselling and breathwork

About Studio Klys

Studio Klys is a calm, supportive space for therapy and breathwork, based in Cornwall and online. Designed to support understanding and change for people navigating emotional difficulty, stress, challenges, loss and uncertainty.

Life often asks us to move quickly, to adapt, manage, explain ourselves, or push through what’s difficult. Over time, this can leave very little space to notice how you actually feel. Some people arrive to the space feeling overwhelmed or anxious, some are carrying the impact of past experiences, others feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure how to put words to what’s happening.

However you arrive, you are welcome.

Ways of Working Together

How therapy and breathwork might support you

People come to this space for many reasons. Often, it’s not one single issue, but a sense of carrying too much for too long.

This work may be supportive if you’re:

  • living with anxiety or persistent stress

  • feeling burnt out or emotionally exhausted

  • navigating a period of change, loss, or uncertainty

  • struggling to rest, switch off, or sleep

  • feeling disconnected from yourself or your emotions

You don’t need a clear problem or diagnosis. Sometimes it’s enough to notice that something needs attention.

Online Sessions

We offer online therapy and breathwork sessions across the UK.

Working online can be a more accessible option for those with mobility needs, health considerations, or busy schedules, and for anyone who prefers the comfort of their own space.

Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person work, and many people find it easier to integrate into their day. Sessions are paced in the same way, with the same attention to safety, presence, and relational connection.

In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions take place at Lanteague Studios in Zelah, Cornwall, a quiet, rural setting designed to support calm and reflection.

The studio is easily accessible from Newquay (approx. 7 miles), Perranporth (approx. 5 miles), Truro (approx. 7 miles) and St Agnes (approx. 9 miles), with free ons-site parking. Offering a local option for those seeking face-to-face therapy and breathwork in West Cornwall.
